Day 6. The end of the trip.
In an hour and a half, we made it to the car. The trip is over! Even though it was so short, there were many things to remember.

Packing up in the morning.
We are heading out onto the path. We needed to reach the parking lot in good time so that no one would miss their train or flight. It was the last day, and we were all ready to head off in different directions.
The valley of Val Venezia. Both the Cevedale peaks are clearly visible here. The moraines in the valley outline the path of the melted glacier.
Lago Lungo again. We went down by a different route, along the upper path by the Lago del Careser reservoir."
The path was cut through the mountain side. This was probably done when the reservoir was being built.
Another lake with surprisingly clear but very cold water. The brave ones went for a quick swim.
The lake is connected to the large reservoir by a river.
We saw this reservoir from the top of Cima Chevedale. The water in it is really that colour.
We didn't come here at night, but judging by the presence of lamps, the place is lit up.
This place was covered by the glacier in the past. Now the only thing left is a photograph on the display.

The dam is impressive. You can cross it to the other side of the lake.

Time to go down.
A good path leads straight into the valley. On the opposite ridge you can see the track of a mudslide.
We finished our journey with lunch at a local pizzeria. Lova and Sonya went back to Germany. Igor and Anna went to Venice, Lena flew to France with Aleksei and Olga, we walked around Lago d'Isero, and then Yasha flew to Sweden, and we flew to England.
