Cranberry Vodka

  1. Squeeze the cranberries, cover with vodka and leave for two days in the fridge.
  2. Filter the berries with a straining bag and then through a cotton wool plug.
  3. Prepare sugar syrup: one cup of sugar with 1/3 cup of water.
  4. Mix syrup and vodka and infuse for 2 weeks.
  5. If necessary, vodka can be consumed earlier.
