Day 11. Narzans.
We were used to getting up early, so today we also woke up as soon as the sun came out. We decided to explore the glacier by the Bochki while everybody else was still asleep.

We got on the glacier just behind the Bochki. Not a soul around us, we were on our own with the Elbrus' summits.
Our Bochka is the blue one at the top of the cliff. The buildings on the left are toilets.
After just a few minutes Elbrus got engulfed in the clouds, which stayed there most of the day.
We could not get closer to the icefall (we won't walk on the snow-covered glacier without ropes).

Last glance at Elbrus. The Pastukhov rocks, the piste basher road and Kosaya Polka are all clearly visible below East Summit.
The "Pamir" hotel in Azau where we stayed overnight. It only has 7 rooms; we occupied three of them.
We went to Narzan Polyana for the farewell lunch. We were in no rush and tasted narzan from every spring.
One deserves a break after climibing Mount Elbrus. Some of us walked back to Azau after lunch, following a path by the Baksan river.
