Our first day out climbing

Kay Nest crags, Tripsdale, North York Moors

Our track is shown with a red line. The red arrow shows the direction of travel. The "P" icon shows the car park.

A large circle of rocks, about 10m in diameter. Apparently it was made in the bronze age. More information about these structures is available here

First we went up

And then back down again

Instructions came from above.

Making sure we still remembered what we learnt previously.

Surprisingly hard to climb, almost no footholds!
